General Terms:
All meat remains the property of the farm
Deposit of 20% with confirmation of safari
Balance is payable the day before departure
Cancellation:
120 days prior to safari - full refund of deposit
Less than 90 days - 50% refund of deposit
Less than 30 days - no refund of deposit
Deposits may be transferred to an alternative date
Payments by bank transfers, traveler's cheques, credit card or cash only
Fees payable on animals bagged or wounded
All wounded (blood drawn) animals must be paid for in full
A minimum of 2.5% will be added to the invoice for tips and gratuities for the staff
